Amy Margaret Unks

Artistic Director Amy Margaret Unks has performed professionally throughout Tennessee, Virginia and Pennsylvania. She holds a BA in Ballet from Virginia Intermont College and is certified in the Vaganova Technique. She has worked closely with master teachers from the Vaganova school in St. Petersburg, Russia. Ms. Unks founded Spiritoso Ballet in 2003 and has since choreographed several ballets for sold out audiences at the historic Sellersville Theater, Spiritoso Ballet's home theater.

Kelli Widener

Kelli Widener is a graduate of Kutztown University. She has performed with various regional and private ballet companies as well as contemporary dance groups throughout the Bucks County and Lehigh Valley region. She currently teaches and performs for Spiritoso Ballet Company and it's affiliate school. Kelli is also the owner of the recently opened En Arabesque Dancewear, a retail store located in Perkasie, PA, serving the needs of area dancers.

The faculty at Spiritoso Ballet is dedicated to helping each student gain the most from his or her ballet education. Each instructor brings the benefits of their own professional experience in the field to pass on to the students individually and in the classroom. Guest teachers will occasionally enhance the curriculum.
